I have three of these feeding into my Scarlett and they work well. You can get RCA to TS 1/4" cables or adapt them. It uses RCA plugs which are usually better than 1/8" and cause less noise. The UCA222 is a line level RCA output and input which makes life easier.

Point Skype at the Behringer as it's audio device and run the out from the Behringer into a channel on your mixer and run the line in on the Behringer to your Aux send jack (FX Send, Mon Send, whatever). What you want is a Behringer UCA222 (or UCA202, different color). Having said that, though a Rockit adapter would likely work, don't use it. OK, your headphone jack is a combo TRRS jack like an iPhone so it's stereo out and mono in.
